| Scope of Work | We provide professional website development and coding services, from design implementation to deployment. |
| Exclusions & Add-ons | Hosting, domains, databases, third-party APIs, and paid tools are not included unless explicitly agreed. |
| Revisions & Updates | Up to 10 minor updates and 2 major updates are included after delivery. Additional changes may incur extra charges. |
| Design Process | If no design is provided, we offer 3 different design styles for you to choose from before development begins. |
| Additional Integrations | Any integration requiring third-party services will be the responsibility of the client. |
| Payment Terms | A 25% non-refundable advance is required before starting. Remaining payment is due upon project completion. |
| Project Timelines | We aim to deliver projects on time. In case of delay from our side, a 10% service discount may apply. |

We do not work on illegal, adult, gambling, or unethical content. APWebStack reserves the right to refuse any project.
